Customer FAQ 

Question:does it seal out loud back ground noise such as loud music?
Answer:IT AMPLIFIES EVERYTHING, including background noise. I've gotten used to it though. Another downside is about 2 days ago the coating on the wire where it comes out of the housing is breaking through, the wire for the ear plug itself is fine, but only a matter of time before it breaks through. 

Question:does it work?
Answer:In my opinion, Yes it works for me. Other feedback says it amplifies too much back ground noise, but I guess I need everything amplified. I have the volume on low & I think it's perfect. As I said before, I spent $28 -- not $280 or $2800 -- so I think it's a great deal. 

Question:How long for the first time charging? Should it be completely discharged before charging? What color are the indicator lights suppose to be?
Answer:the first time charging the unit, I think it was about 12 to 24 hours. red light means it is charging and green means it is charged. if one waits until it is completely discharged before one recharges it, that means it quits in the middle of using it.

Question:what is the warranty?
Answer:Definitely no warranty with this! Mine actually says it is a 'LEYIN HA-318B Hearing Aid' with completely different packaging from this picture...but the device looks the same. It probably reflects the cheapness of it but the directions look rather lame & have misspelled words everywhere.
